I'm 25 and started having digestive problems about a year ago and it has remained here. My stools smell stinky now and often float, sometimes I see oily substance floating out of the stool in the toilet.

I just found out about pancreatic enzymes and ordered a bottle hoping to fix this problem. I am worried though that I may develop a dependency to taking pancreatic enzyme supplements. Is is possible? Are there better ways for me to approach this issue by improving my natural enzyme production somehow?
