I might add some thoughts to my Thanksgiving Dry Fast topic. You see, I was actually getting better...I could 'feel' it. That very short (24-hour) Dry Fast produced a mild Healing. I'm now sorry that I broke it.
For me, the desire to Get Well has to overpower the old habit of Mediocrity. What is it with you?
