Hi all - sorry i screwed up image. Will attempt to fix it.
My practitioner is Theresa Vernon. I am stopping the supps for 2 days for Thanksgiving and day after so i can be a nicer person especially to my two young kids. haha! Yes - the ova-adren i have worked out gives me hot flashes. I haven't had those before - i am 34. And thyroid i have no idea what to do about. Prob have thyroid issues due to adrenal fatigue. Will update in a couple days.
