cappy, I just started using organic unsweetened cocoa w/ a half tsp. of xylitol in warm water. I'm a coffee addict -never found anything to replace my cuppa joe but at the moment I like a warm cup of cocoa w/ xylitol BETTER.
this is amazing me.

as Nofaithindoctors said - the Liver Flush is important. I choose a 'gentle flush' first time - then next time a little more Epsom Salts and next time more. I'll do a Liver Flush prob. after a couple weeks. read up on organic coffee enema's. can make the whole process go better.

I'm thinking of buying this at some point as it's also a tonic for the liver.
