How you doing?

Yes I know when I was on NB with him I saw that...I did try them thou...I did not do them for long, I started raw milk around the same time and my stomach felt a little weird.. SO I stopped both. I did not want's to mess things up. Just so sick of eggs...it's been over a year on them :(
