I worked with Dr Lam for 2-years. He does not use any labs at all.

His supplements are all based on your symptoms.

I did make some progress with him. But I got stuck.

His approach is more to support the adrenals first, and then the body will detox itself.

Well....after two years, I still had super high copper in my hair analysis, I'm still a very poor eliminator.

Getting rid of the toxins is a tricky. You need to get rid of them in order to ever heal, but they are an additional stress on your adrenals.

I still take Panathine. I really helps with inflammation.

I also take Seriphos, which is not part of NB. It helps to reduce cortisol during the detox.
