Blistering Fate,

Are you also insulin resistance? If so the pineapple caused a Sugar spike that caused the weird head feeling. I am doing an Elimination Diet and I did sneak 1/2 apple and boy that weird feeling was creepy. My head is the clearest now..eliminating all the sugar, honey,fruit and simply carbs...I can't believe what a difference it makes. The only problem I feel hungry all the time now. :(
