Sodium/Potassium ratio 2:3 up to 3:4 in every meal or daily basis. Try in every meal with candida is a almost must or You will be cured way longer.

Starch are safe, but potatoes have v.high IG , so eat only with other carbs , with no protein or no FAT. NO
FAT WITH CARBS is a MUST.

B-complex 50mg one daily or smaller twice a day. B-comp.50mg twice a day is TOO MUCH and feed candida strongly.
