Hi, I was interested to read the thread about echinacea. I am wondering what form, what amounts, and what to use in combination with it. I see melatonin was recommended. Does it matter when the melatonin is ingested? Do you recommend any herbs to take along with echinacea?

I am in good health and am interested in the anti-aging potential of the herb. Thanks.
