Can I do yogurts? Butter, Oil, What about meats? Like chicken steak etc? If they are lean? Would those hurt the liver.

I think I should of listened to my DO when they said stay away from the High THC strains.

So I have also stopped smoking until I Can find a high cbd/low thc strain. I think this increased fatty liver disease. Also stressing my liver out.
