Thanks in advance......six days drinking 1 lt apple juice between meals.no dairy. The sixth day ligh meal until 2pm. 6 pm 3 glass of water with epson salt. Drink my first quater of glass with epson salt. 8 pm my second portion of epson salt . 9 pm water enema. 9 45 half of cup olive oil with half of cup with orange juice. 10 pm sleep on my right side. 6am epson salt and 8 pm the last epson salt.
I am a dancer and have a little issue with my knees. Do you have some herbal therapy or advice for join health. I saw dr cristopher herbal therapy I do not know if not effective for purity and i know that you was his pupil.
