Hi, I am so sorry you have been suffering for so long also...

I'm no expert but if you have 7 days of Tinidazole and you are already on day 4 I would take it for the remaining 3 days cause you're already over half way there, and then start the cocoa powder.

My stomach has started to go down, after so long of it being huge and distended it's a good feeling to be able to do up my pants properly. It isn't all the way down like it should be but it's getting there slowly but surely... it's only been a few days since I finished the 17 day cocoa powder
