Hi.

Looks like I have a lot of reading to do tonight. Not sure I understand all of this I had a hair analysis that showed all minerals low, but calcium very high, and said slow oxidizer. In fact just the other day I asked again at the health food store about copper. I have had this nagging feeling that minerals are still low? I am taking a multi with minerals copper is 2mg
