I have had all this. Exept for the talking fast.. perhaps, but that is my judgement :)) Thoughts racing; a combo of adrenals and thyroid, had this big time.

Dizziness, have a look at adrenal fatigue.
Tired, but cant sleep; is a HYPO T symptom for crying out loud :)))) helped by adrenal fatigue and magnesium deficiency.
