hmmm makes sense as I drank my orange juice almost about the same time I ate the ripe papaya...this was for breakfast

however the ripe bananas I ate for lunch seems to be not coming out yet...( I think I have had 5 small bowel movements through out the day).. not weak or dizzy though (probably because of the potassium in the bananas...

now my mother is in her hip bath... will massage her a bit after it so she can sleep well..
