One night I was working doing respite care for an elderly man. I had one small scoop of gourmet icecream and thought I was going to die from the pain. The next day I found the Hulda Clark flush. That was nine years ago. I hate flushing, but its not as bad as a full on gallbladder attack. Last week I had a mild attack after pigging out on cheese. Here I go again. I hope your flush goes well.
