I just want to add from myself, eat meat in moderations and if u eat it then eat only organic coz I do not think u need Antibiotics and hormones in ur system, right?.. And I also think that lady could have been cures without eating meat.. the main thing here is to make an accent of RAW salads and greens and fruits in moderations. Drink only fresh juices. I think I should not tell much about the 'beauty' of eating Wite sugar... Spirulina, chlorella, MACA root powder (!), chia seeds.. and some other healthy stuff.. vit D3 the matter of fact and only either in liquid of softgel form (the link included).
