Hi MH and all,
This forum does much good and helps to educate and keep us on track! incorrect thinking and diet dumbs us down, when we get unhappy or uncomfortable its easy to reach for comfort foods the coke and pretty cakes and processed foods : ( ..it is really dumb down food . it does just that! :) hehe,
So this forum does help, fruitarian is the way...
