Have you tried any seasonal allergy medication? It has helped me over the last few years and does not make you as sleepy as Benadryl. I do believe it's the hormones trying to even themselves out. I know after I had my last baby I itched for a couple weeks straight. It was definitely hormonal. I hope it goes away soon.
