My practitioner sent me the book at my own request, even though he said that his office usually doesn't send them to patients. This is one of the reasons why I'm looking for a new practitioner for my December re-test.

I found it to be a little repetitive of Wilson's site, but I did like how it explained to me where my levels were in congruence to the topics it covered.
