The SBF is way too stimulating for me - I felt nervous and overly excited when taking it. Dr. Wilson says those in the four lows should not take Megapan or SBF. Sooo... Based on that, I've stopped taking it.

I'm not sure what to do with it now - anyone need an open bottle of SBF that missing about 4 or 5 pills? haha
