Well I am a slow oxidizer so I am not exactly in the same boat as you but... I completely agree with this statement:

"Between Limcomin and SBF I could be taking 3 times the daily amount of copper if I followed the recommended dosages."

The amount of copper we are supposed to take per day is scary!

Its interesting to me that you and I are on almost the exact same protocol and you are a fast oxidizer and I am a slow oxidizer!

Are you feeling better on this protocol?
