I would rinse initially with 50/50 solution of hydrogen peroxide. Then use Colloidal Silver orally only, pulling just like you do with the oil but lay on bed, tilt head back over edge, and let the Colloidal Silver bath the tonsil area and gargle that area.... Then follow that with your oil pull...

To rebuild gums and teeth, use borax water 1/4 tsp in a quart of water....and use diatomaceous earth for the silica... These will help rebuild and remineralize your teeth and gums...

Brush daily with baking soda and Sea Salt 50/50 solution.
