I won't put my pictures on pintrest because anyone can copy them. (I am an author, so I need to protect my content.)

I have better muscle now than I ever have (and I used to be a gymnast as a youth). But just looking at closeups of the skin on my face should tell you, every organ is so much healthier, including my muscles.
