The link between Accutane and G1 Problems is that the drug destroys the Sebaceous gland in the GI tract (and pretty much throughout ur whole body) and hence no sebum production. Without sebum, ur GI tract becomes dried and hence inflammed. High possibility of link between Accutane and IBD (Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis). Try eating foods and take supplements that helps boosts sebum production with what little sebum production ur body is able to produce to help a little. A good probiotic is also helpful.
