I downed a dropper full of P/W E Part B last night.. it indeed was hot (but not really nasty-- I probably expected the worse-- sooo it didnt affect me that much).. I have to chase it with orange juice and also ate a banana.. I only have to take this once a week so not a probl,e

I also mixed 1 tsp full of LBB powder in 1/2 cup of warm water and drank it in one go,,, same thing chase with orange juice and ate a banana...later in the evening I will try to take 2 tsp full and work myself up to the equivalent of 8 capsules.

P/W E part A - is easy to take just swallow 2 capsules?

Unfortunately, I forgot to bring, P/W E Part A capsules to office, so I will miss the breakfast and lunch doses.. is it ok for me to just take 6 capsules in the evening?
