Hey everyone, I'm suffering from a condition which I believe is TMAU. I'm a 18 year old male still in high school and for four years now I've noticed that people have been avoiding me in class. I have a strong hygiene( bathe daily, brush teeth etc.) but my friends and family keep telling me that I stink like "fart" or "poop". I honestly have been shocked everytime I've been told this because I cant smell a thing of what their talking about. This is truly making life difficult to the point of that I dont want to go to college after graduation, I just cant stand another four years of embarrassment. So I guess my goal here was to let off some steam and see if anyone has some friendly advice or even better, a CURE to this horrible stank. P.S. ive went to the family doc to do blood and stool tests for crohn's and other diseases and parasites. All came up negative which is why I began digging deeper and found TMAU as a possible condition.
