I usually disagree with at least something. But I don't with you haha except the coffee enemas. I think clean water with some food grade h2o2 is better. Acid from coffee is the opposite terrain that good bacteria like, but o2 -good bacteria loves. And add massive heavy duty soil based probiotics, to make you poo even more haha
