Hello!
For the first time I find a case very similar to mine. I am underweight since my teen years, very thin.


As a child I suffered with Poop-Associated Guilt Syndrome (PAGS) (see http://www.poopreport.com/Shameless/Content/PAGS/pags.html
), so I kept supressing the deffecation urge when out of home, over and over untill I lost anorectal sensitivity, much like your case. I feel no urge to empty the bowels thus making it impossible to enjoy the natural act of deffecation I once had.

I was so stupid to damage this priceless body!

Now it is very difficult to deal with this natural process of elimination because I DO NOT KNOW when to go - my rectum might be full, but I feel NOTHING. And I if do not empty my bowels the stool gets dry and very difficult to pass. This is been going on for years.

exchanged emails with Konstantin, followed his advices with no success at all - still senseless and costipated.

Any idea how can the anorectal sensitivity be restored?
