I had the very same experience,....and I also want my gallbladder back! :-) Let them yank it in 2008,....and cancer ensued within 1.5 years,....maybe not connected,...but maybe so. Anyway,....my first Liver Flush made me vomit into a bucket bedside,.....and I was a wreck for three days. (This was 2011)

I find that coffee enemas are easier for me to flush my vital 'common bile duct'. After loosing the gallbladder,.....sometimes we 'leak' there too! ;-(

coffee enemas also open up the liver and drain it, like NO OTHER!

You and I are left with less of a 'waste removal system', right? So,....our livers are pulling 'double duty'. You are very wise to concentrate there!

Short of that,....support that liver my friend. Milk thistle, selenium, and rALA are a must for a sick liver,....if that is also the case!
