Hello , water fasters !

Here I am, going for another week ...had planned to do 10 days but this fast ( after long 18 months break ) was so easy , I couldnt resist the temptation of doing another week..Trying not to jinx anything , indeed:)

Few differences from my previous fasfs : this one calls for more water, much more water comperated to the quanity I had before during fast.Usually about day 7-8 I was getting tired of drinking. In a contrary, this time I find it delicious ...Second, I didnt hit the plateau with the weight loss ( my guess, probably because I havent slowed down drinking ).Lost 17-18 lbs so far.

Feeling great, especially today - energy , clear mind...hope to be like that till the end of this week :)
