I have successfully recovered from 3 years worth of infections without Antibiotics . This is a common problem with CF. I lowered my fat (animal products, chocolate ect) and increased my fruits&veggies, soaked nuts and seeds. When you have too much fat, you don't absorb the Sugar in your diet. Then bad bacteria blooms, and we get infections.
