Lalobear- I heat the broth up so it is nice and hot. then I dump it into the blender with Sea Salt and 2 raw eggs. No the eggs don't cook but I guess you could bring the broth to a boil and then add to your eggs. Let them cook a little before blending.

I kind of have a love affair with raw eggs. Makes me feel like I am eating a breakfast of champions. At least that is what I am telling myself. My hubby does the same thing.
