Hi Nyckid10,

How old is your hair analysis that you are using to take the new supplement? If it is older then 3 months old I would suggest getting another one done, especially if you notice change in your condition. Chance can be not in need of these supplements but others. I had my last one done 5 months ago and boy did my protocol change...I am now in the 4 lows, I can not take no vitamins at this time on minerals to bring them back up.

Chances are you will become more tired at first do to putting the adrenals to rest. But your anxieties should improve greatly. You body will go through different changes include healing and detoxing stages.

You have to keep positive, you have a whole life ahead of you. I wish I knew what you know now at a younger age. I would have not had to suffer all these years.
