Onedaysoon- My motto with food is if I fail to plan....I plan to fail.

Nb or paleo diet requires a little more planning and more food preperation. When I am at home I do a meal plan for the day. Then I shop or pull frozen meat out or cut up veggies, make stews, soups, etc.

We have stopped buying processed and sugary foods long ago. The only time we might have these is for birthdays. Otherwise we only have good healthy foods around. Nuts although very calorie dense are good to have on hand. We make everything from scratch.

When I work I always pack a good nutritious lunch.

If meal time comes and I am not prepared this is usually a time of frustration. So we make good food a priority in our house.

I really think the diet is the most important part of NB.
