thanx wy,

going to start my fast on new moon (tues 13th), and break it on full moon. still don't know if i should do a Water Fast or drink some diluted juice intermitently (3 days water, then 2 days juice, then 3 days water again.....)
wonder if i'd compromise my fast doing it this way. i am thinking that the acids, minerals and sugars in the juice would help release more toxins from the various tissues. what do you think?
