I have done two saltwater flushes in the past...one good, and one bad.
A good Rule-of-Thumb...it's safe to use the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) if the bowels are not obstructed, and movements are regular. If the bowels haven't moved in days, then it's dangerous to use the SWF......WY
