Fantastic news! Congratulations!

I saw some of these changes after my last fast of five days: improved eyesight, clearer mind, more energy, but it quickly reverted. I'm hoping to make at least 14 days this time, we'll see.

I'm looking into sprouting at the sproutpeople.org site and buying stuff so that I'm prepared when the fast is done to have an in-house source of fresh food.

I remember how wonderful food tasted after fasting... it's hard not to gorge.
