This lady did a fast of 56 days and seems to have a lot of energy, is it because she is over weight. I would like to do a long fast and am overweight don't know how long I will go, but if I do fast I would like to get the most benefit out of it and go as long as needed. How long should you fast for if you are overweight, longer than normal weight people?
