Thanks so much for the responses, sorry to hear of so many similar stories. I'm heeding the advice and just hope things regulate soon. Every morning about 10am I feel like my body goes into shut down, no energy, dizzy, dry mouth for a few hours and then I come out of it. Fingers crossed this ends soon I just want to make it through a day:(
