Sorry, don't mean to be difficult here, but you say "morning, anytime after 3a.m. It will help you sleep deeply the rest of the night". So, do you mean that you ingest the cupful of 'first mornings urine' anytime after 3 a.m. for a deeper sleep then, after 3a.m.?
