Let me first say thank you for the information, very kind of you responding

I had done series of WF ( 14 day mostly ) between 2010 and 2011..then I had to take a little break till now :) Not really voluntary .However , I have never had problem dedicating myself to water, I have now seen the results of fasting and learn to enjoyed it...I am very hard core believer in WF and I follow re-feeding from A to Z. This experience had changed my life drastically and I am very gratefull for it . I did read and read and read ...Which made me even bigger believer :)

I was shooting at 10 days this time , but seems to be going really easy and I might go for my good ol'14 days.
My job wouldnt allow me more, unfortunatelly , but I am happy to be back
