B-12 deficiency can be a symptom of Ascaris infection. Supplementing with B-12 will make you feel better because you finally get the benefit of some, but will also make super worms, as they love love love it. I think even Hulda Clark wrote about this. I'm not saying that is your problem, just saying.

I think it's ok to name the brand, if you have been around for a time, people and moderators know you are not spamming....I am interested in the brand you are using.
