I see on the net that B12 deficiency is common with adrenal and/or thyroid weakness. I had been taking some b12 sublingual tablets but couldn't tell if they were helping me or not. Then I saw some b12 patches on Amazon for $12.00 + shipping & handling. Have only put on my first patch but I really feel a difference!

For ex. yesterday I had some dental work done, with novacaine. Usually novacaine makes me feel sleepy & wiped out for at least 24 hours. This time there was no problem and just generally I feel better, more energetic, even happier.

I am not giving the brand since I don't want to look like I am spamming.  Also I don't know if this particular type is any better or worse than any other kind you might find.
