Hi Anatomydoll,

Just becareful that stuff is not messing you up more. I thought other things would work and I was wrong. What I understand about the head feeling that can be do to loss of minerals. Just becareful :)
I really think NB is great and you should stick with what your practitioner says or ask first before trying something different...I had to learn the hard way...Just concerned friend :)
