not sure where you received your information from, but it is entirely mistaken; water-only-fasting does NOT lead to malnutrition......

This is also supported by my own experience (and thousands of others) of two prolonged fasts of 25 days, followed by one of 30 days on water-only.

If Psoriasis is caused by leaky-gut as you mention, then the body will have the self-healing ability to repair itself on a fast. However, Mainstream Medicine have admitted that the cause is of an unknown origin, but surmise that it could be a genetic variant or an immune system disorder. More well informed people know the cause as Toxemia, and have done for decades.

Your practice of skipping breakfast is shared by yours truly, and the occasional 24 hour fast is of course entirely beneficial.

Best not to post on those things you know little about, so as not to falsely alarm the membership unduly.
