In my view if going beyond 48 hour fast you run the risk of malnutrition and vitamin/mineral deficiencies which might be specifically issue if your psoriasis is caused by intestinal hyperpermeability (leaky gut syndrome). What I do is a daily intermittent fasting  (basically skipping breakfast) plus occasional 24 hour fast.
