I use Green Pasture products for cod liver oil because the nutrients are not processed out.

Most cod liver oil has way too high a vitamin A compared to the vitamin D which can cause problems if u are not supplementing with D3.

The Fermented Cod Liver Oil is strong, but I found that mixing it with barleans flavored fish oils and omega oils, makes it palatable.
