Thanks for your input. I was only on the garlic for 3 days. But ya i think i need to take a break from it. Had very weird and strong symptoms this morning. I guess it could be die-off. but i dont have a headache or feel fatigued in anyway, but the twitches and muscle pain and pinching has increased immensly.
