I did both. The CE will help open up the liver and you'll get more stones out. A lot of toxic stuff, too.

Malic acid helps to soften up stones. Drink apple cider.

I have done 141 liver flushes over 5 years. If you're bad off or with cancer, you might have to do it. Lecithin didn't work in my case. I had to flush those stones out.

I never saw a stone come out of the liver that was calcified. It can happen in the gallbladder. But I don't have a gallbladder, so all the stones had to have come out of the liver. They are hard, if you don't soften them up. Had a fistfull of stones come out all stuck together once. It all came down thru the digestive tract. The one in the middle was HARD.
